Thanks for your interest in Cyber Tech Training Centre. We are pleased that you choose to enroll your son or daughter in our After-School Program. You have made a wise decision by choosing us to assist your child in getting better grades and furthering their education. We look forward to providing your child with a high quality teaching and learning experience during their stay with us.
Applying for admission to Cyber Tech Training Centre is an important first step in creating a lifetime of success that will set your child on the road to a better grades and greater confidence at school… the process is easy. Below is important information you should know with regard to the After-School Classes offered here at Cyber Tech Training Centre.
ACADEMIC SEMESTERS The After-School Program is divided into three (3) academic semesters. It is recommended that students attend classes as scheduled in order for them to be successful in getting better grades in school or pass their exams.
Our Semesters runs concurrently with the Government Schools. Public holidays and Mid-Term Breaks are also the same as Government Schools.
APPLICATION & REGISTRATION · Advanced registration is encouraged. · Application forms are available at Cyber Tech Training Centre, located #. 85 Collins, opposite Centreville Primary School or can be downloaded from our web site;www.cttcbhamas.com · There is a $35.00 non-refundable/non-transferrable registration fee. · Students registering after the registration deadline, will be assessed a $15.00 late registration fee.
TUITION FEES Weekly $35.00 Monthly $120.00 Semester $300.00 Tuition Fees must be PAID IN FULL on or before the first business day of each week or can be paid monthly or by the semester.
PAYMENT The registration fee plus Tuition payments are to be paid at Cyber Tech Training Centre Business Office. Weekly payments must be made on the First day of the week. Monthly payments are encouraged. If a student fails to attend class as scheduled, all payments will be forfeited. There will be no deferment for the following week.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Cyber Tech Training Centre reserves the right to cancel classes based on low enrollment or for any other reason at the discretion of the Institution. If a class is canceled by Cyber Tech Training Centre, there will be a full refund of the Tuition Fee
ABSENCE/ ILLNESS Cyber Tech Training Centre Admissions Office must be notified if a student is absent for more than three consecutive days so that the space is not given to a student on our waiting list.
Students showing any medical illness should be kept home from class. Any student with cough or cold symptoms may not be allowed to attend class.
WORK BOOK AND CLASS MATERIAL Students will be required to purchase an Activity Book that can be purchase here at CTTC Front Office. Students will also be required to bring folders with folder pages, instructors will indicate how many that is needed.
ASSESSMENT EXAM All students enrolled in the After-School Program will be given a Free Assessment Exam during the first week of class, so that the instructor would be able to give personalized attention where needed and know at what pace to teach the student.
