Welcome to Explorers Summer Camp! If you are looking at enriching academic summer camps for your son or daughter, whether they are in primary, junior or senior high school, then Explorers Summer Camp is for you.
As an academic summer camp, Explorers Summer Camp raises academic skills, test scores and grades. We also increase self-confidence, motivation, and focus of our campers.
Our learning methods improve reading comprehension, study skills, writing skills, test taking, memory skills, GLAT, BJC and BGCSE preparation and much more. We identify the learning style and strategies that work best for each student at Explorers Summer Camp and teach them these learning skills, which they can take back to school with them in September.
We also place emphasis on life skills - increasing confidence, self-esteem and motivation, all characteristics that create direct and lasting results in school and at home. Explorers Summer Camp participants learn about the seven keys of Excellence; · Communication skills · Leadership skills · Building positive relationships · Conflict resolution · Creative thinking · Setting goals · Problem solving.
Campers also learn how to participate in "real-life" activities that enable them to make responsible choices and win the support, understanding and guidance of teachers and parents. And, of course, they will make friendships with students from other schools, discover their talents and strengths and prepare for their transition into the new school year. |
